Goyesque Bullfight · Royal August Fair 2026
On Sunday, August 23, at 7:30 PM, the Antequera Bullring will host one of the most elegant events of the Royal August Fair: the Goyesque Bullfight, featuring bullfighters dressed in 18th-century Goya-esque style, in homage to the tradition and aesthetics of bullfighting from that era. A lineup of current bullfighting stars will bring the Antequera bullfighting fair to a spectacular close.
The Lineup
Juan Ortega, Pablo Aguado, and David de Miranda will face bulls from the Astolfi ranch, in an afternoon combining top-tier talent with the unique visual appeal of the Goyesque attire.
