Tickets will be sent in PDF format to your email address 1 week before the event. We recommend checking your email’s spam folder.

Sales Fees

Tickets are subject to a 20% sales fee, which will be added on the payment page.

Refunds

Admission to the bullring and, where applicable, the refund of its amount in accordance with current legislation (Art. 70 RTA) is subject to possessing the official, complete, intact, and untampered ticket.

The period for refunding the amount will begin from the moment the suspension, postponement, or modification is announced and will end 4 days after the date set for the event or 1 hour before its start in case of modification (Art. 70 RTA).

If the event is suspended due to reasons not attributable to the company or due to bad weather, once the first bull has entered the ring, the spectator will not be entitled to any refund (Art. 70 RTA).
